The trojan does not create any copies of itself.

Information stealing

The trojan collects the following information:

  • user name
  • external IP address of the network device
  • operating system version
  • information about the operating system and system settings
  • amount of operating memory
  • list of files/folders on a specific drive

The trojan attempts to send gathered information to a remote machine.

Other information

The trojan acquires data and commands from a remote computer or the Internet.

The trojan contains a URL address. The HTTP protocol is used in the communication.

It may perform the following actions:

  • download files from a remote computer and/or the Internet
  • run executable files
  • upload files to a remote computer
  • display a dialog window
  • delete files
  • send mail
  • send gathered information
  • open the CD/DVD drive
  • capture screenshots

The trojan may create the following files:

  • %appdata%\­virus.exe
  • %appdata%\­virus.bat

The files are then executed.

The following files may be dropped:

  • %appdata%\­scr.gif
